How a design happens
From order data to a buildable plan
Discovery
We start with your order profiles, SKU data and growth plan — plus the constraints of the site: columns, clear height, doors, floor. That's the brief the design has to satisfy.
Design
We model layout, racking and slotting options and test them against real demand and peak. You see the trade-offs — capacity, travel, cost — and choose with evidence, not a single fixed drawing.
Handover
You get a buildable plan: drawings, racking specification, slotting logic and a capacity model — enough for suppliers to quote against and for your team to run from day one.

Before you get in touch
Do you design for new buildings or existing ones?
Both. We handle greenfield fit-outs, relocations into a new shell, and redesigns of a site you already operate. An existing building just adds constraints — columns, height and doors — that the design has to work within.
Do you sell racking or automation?
No. We're vendor-neutral. We don't sell steel or automation and we take no supplier commissions, so the design is specified around your operation and you take it to whichever suppliers you choose.
What do you need from us to start?
Your order and SKU data, a sense of expected growth, and the site constraints — dimensions, clear height, dock positions. From that we can model demand and produce options; we help clean up the data where it's rough.
Can you design so we can automate later?
Yes. Where automation isn't justified yet, we still design the building so conveyors, AMRs or a mezzanine can be added later without tearing up the layout — clear runs, floor loading and power planned in from the start.
How is a design different from buying a WMS?
A WMS runs the warehouse; the design decides what it's running. Slotting logic, racking and flow set the ceiling on how well any system can perform, so getting the physical design right comes first and makes the software worth more.
What do we receive at the end?
A buildable package: layout drawings, a racking specification, the slotting logic and a capacity model tested against peak. It's detailed enough for suppliers to quote against and for your team to operate from on day one.
